Mr. Randolph S. Koppa has been working as the Chairman of the Representative Governing Board of TDB since April 2022. He started working in Mongolia in 2004 as part of the management and technical assistance program provided to TDB by the ING Bank. Since then, he has been appointed to the positions of Chief Executive Officer, President, Board Member, and Executive Vice Chairman of the Board, and is a banker with 50 years of experience working in 12 different countries, specializing in corporate governance, investment, foreign relations, and bond issuance in the banking and finance sector. Besides, he is a member of the Risk Management Committee of the Representative Governing Board of TDB, a Board member and a Vice-Chair of Climate Change & Sustainable Finance WG of the Business Council of Mongolia, and a Board member of the American Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Randolph Koppa is a citizen of the United States and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (USA) with a degree in International Relations.
Mr. Erdenebileg.D is a member of the Representative Governing Board of TDB and an influential bank shareholder. He served as the Chairman of the Representative Governing Board of TDB from 2006 to 2022. He has contributed his over 25 years' experience in the banking and financial sector to expand TDB's market position in Mongolia and internationally, leading to its becoming one of the biggest commercial banks in Mongolia. Mr.Erdenebileg.D is a graduate of the Law School of the National University of Mongolia with a bachelor's degree and the University of Finance and Economics with a master's degree.
Mrs. Bolormaa J is an independent member of the Representative Governing Board of TDB and one of our experienced board members, especially in corporate governance, finance, and the banking sector. She serves as Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and member of Audit Committee of the Board. She received a master's degree in business administration from Handong University, South Korea, and has over 30 years of experience in finance and banking; most of her employment career was at the Mongolian Stock Exchange LLC and the Financial Regulatory Commission.
Economist Mr. Delgersaikhan, who majored in finance, economics, and law, is an independent member of the Representative Governing Board of TDB and Chair of the Audit Committee and member of Risk Management Committee of the Board. His professional history includes being Chairman of the Board, advisor, and CEO in the securities market, banking and finance, and business organizations. Moreover, he had been elected as a member of the Securities Market Policy Council at the Financial Regulatory Commission and a member of the Economic Policy Council at the Mongolian Chamber of Commerce.
Mr.Delgersaikhan is an experienced and talented academician who has been working as a teacher, manager, and associate professor for many years and teaching and sharing his knowledge with students in the field of finance, banking, and economy at one of Mongolia’s prestigious universities, University of Finance and Economics, and his research and analysis mainly focuses on the financial market, macroeconomics, and monetary policy.
Mr. Khurelbaatar.D is a member of the Representative Governing Board of TDB, and his previous employment with the bank includes primarily management positions in the Cash and bullion unit, Branch management department, Customer service department, and Deputy CEO in charge of operation. Before his appointment with TDB, he worked in the Bank of Mongolia as a state inspector at the Control and Inspection Department and as an accountant at the International Settlement Department from 1991 to 2020. Mr.Khurelbaatar.D possesses more than 40 years of experience in the finance and banking sector, and he received his bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the National University of Commerce and Business, Mongolia, and Economics from Irkutsk National Institute of Economics, Russia.
Mrs.Yanjmaa.D is a member of the Representative Governing Board of TDB, the Remuneration and Nomination Committee of the Board, and the Board's financial advisor. Her employment career started at the Bank of Mongolia, and she worked as a senior accountant in the International Settlement Department, where her primary responsibilities were preparing financial statements, budget planning, and monitoring accounts. Mrs. Yanjmaa.D had diverse financial positions with TDB, as the Head of the Inter-Bank Settlement Unit, Financial Accounting and Controlling Unit, and the Financial Management and Controlling Department. She has extensive experience in accounting, IAS, IFRS, budget, and financial control of the banking sector and has 44 years of work experience. Mrs. Yanjmaa.D holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the National University of Mongolia.
Ms. Enkhmend.A is a member of the Representative Governing Board of TDB. She has worked in the banking and financial sector since 2002, mostly in management positions, including Deputy CFO, Deputy director, and CEO. She has been the First Deputy CEO in charge of Operation of TDB since 2020. She holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Science and Technology and graduated from the University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting. She has more than 20 years of experience in the financial and banking sector.
Mrs. Otgonbileg.D is a member of the Representative Governing Board of TDB and a member of the Audit Committee of the Board. She was an Economist at the Reconstruction Bank between 1997-1999, an Accountant and Auditor at the Savings Bank between 1999-2001, a Senior auditor at Interbank between 2001-2005, a Senior auditor and Director of Department at Ulaanbaatar City Bank between 2005-2007, Director of Departments and Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the Trade and Development Bank between 2007-2021. Since 2021, she has been a Deputy Director at MIK HFC LLC. Mrs. Otgonbileg earned her Bachelor's degree in Industrial Economics and Management and a Master's degree in Business Management from the School of Economics of the National University of Mongolia and has over 26 years of experience in the financial and banking sector. Moreover, Mrs. Otgonbileg has vast experience in sustainable finance and activities related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) risks and policies, as the Board of Directors prioritizes sustainable development and its financing, facilitating precise decision-making, offering feedback on the Bank's future plans and strategies, and maintaining close collaboration with relevant Bank's units on sustainability-related matters. In 2012, Mrs. Otgonbileg played a crucial role in introducing the full integration of an Environmental and Social Risk Management System (ESRMS) within the Bank's operations for the first time in Mongolia, achieved through a partnership with the Dutch Development Bank, which consists of Environmental and Social Management policy, Environmental and Social risk assessment of clients' business activities in accordance with the latest methodologies and monitoring of their E&S risks. Since 2012, she has actively participated in establishing the Mongolian Sustainable Finance Association (MSFA) and has served as the Chairperson of the MSFA Board. Furthermore, in 2020, she successfully led the process of obtaining the Trade and Development Bank's Accreditation from the Green Climate Fund. Her cumulative efforts and contribution have significantly enhanced the Bank's integration and advancement of sustainable finance, ESG risk, and policy-related activities.
